About the Department
The Public Works and Utilities Department is responsible for maintaining and improving the city's infrastructure, including the water distribution system, sewer system, streets, and public facilities. Under the leadership of Water Superintendent Bill Braunig, the department ensures that Minco residents have reliable access to clean water and well-maintained public infrastructure.
Utility billing is managed by Dixie Hayse at City Hall. Residents can pay their water bills online, by mail, or in person at City Hall during regular business hours.

To report a water main break, leak, sewer backup, or other utility emergency, please contact City Hall at (405) 352-4234 during business hours.
