About Municipal Court

The Minco Municipal Court handles city ordinance violations, traffic citations, and other misdemeanor offenses that occur within the city limits of Minco. The court is presided over by Municipal Judge David Ratcliff.

Court is held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month beginning at 4:00 PM at Minco City Hall. If you have received a citation, you must appear at the scheduled court date or contact the Court Clerk prior to your court date to make arrangements.

If you cannot appear on your scheduled court date, contact the Court Clerk before your court date.

Payment of fines can be made at City Hall during regular business hours or online.

Failure to appear may result in additional fines or a warrant for your arrest.
